Money Waste always starts in California then Branches Out to Other States

If the Artist is footing the bill and not getting anything for it that is fine, but if the taxpayers are paying for it then it is money wasted to line some ones Pocket.

This does nothing to put people back to full-time year round work, it only shows how inconsiderate Governments are in this Country to the American people, it shows they only think about helping their friends profit.

ONE PERSONS PROFIT DOES NOT PROVIDE A STABLE PLACE TO LIVE, IT MAKE AN UNSTABLE ECONOMY. California is Proof of how unstable this country is, a Minority controlling the Majority.
